Joe enters his 2nd season with the Prospects. He was the starting left fielder during the Prospects championship run at the WWBA UnderClass in 2008. He has been a starter at Barron Collier since his freshman season and was named All-County in 2008. He is an excellent student carrying a 3.8 GPA. Joe is the son of Jerry and Janis Costigan. Committed to Clemson University.
