Alex returns to the Prospects for his third summer. He was named the MVP of the 2008 Mickey Mantle World Series where he shattered several offensive records. Hernandez was also a driving force in the Prospects championship at the 2008 WWBA UnderClass. He is the son of Adrian and Tammy Hernandez.
