Player Profile, Player Medical and Sponsor Forms have been updated and are available to download, fill out and return. All players who have committed to play for All American Prospects Baseball, Inc., are required to fill out and return these forms. We would like to have all Player Profile Forms and Player Medical Forms turned in no later than Feb. 23 so that we can begin ordering uniforms and equipment for the summer. All players who have committed to play for All American Prospects Baseball Inc. , are asked to find sponsors to help defray costs for the upcoming season.

You can email the player profiles to staff@aaprospects.com, but all medical releases must be notorized and the originals mailed in.
